ER Equipment Benchpress Championship 2008

The 26 of january i vent to ER Equipment
Benchpress Championship 2008 in Randers DK
to compete in the international competition, it is
a competition Erik Rasmussen is sponsoring
every year.
I had a good feeling when i left my home, i knew
i was in good shape to do a good result, but it is
not the same as doing it.
At the weigh in i had a bodyweigt at 80,5 kilo.
In the warm up area i could feel it was all easy
and my concentration was very much in top.

My 1. attempt 160 kg, good 3-0
My 2. attempt 167.5 kg. good 3-0
Then i decided to go for an attempt on a
new vorld record 175kg.
When concentrading on the attempt it hit me
that there was no refferee with international licens
and therefore i missed it, but i am sure i will have
a new record another day, could be in Bratislava
in april at the World Championship???
I am going for it.
But it is not good to keep an international competition
without refferees with international licens.
Make it better next time please.

A day in the gym with a new benchshirt

Jeg har fået en ny fury 42 benchshirt som jeg

skal se at få til at fungere inden VM i april

jeg var positiv overrasket over det tryk der

var i den, men jeg fik presset 180 kilo til et

brædt så jeg håber at det kommer til at virke

optimalt når jeg får prøvet den nogle gange.
